Lany is a Puma trainer, originally from Australia and now currently based in LA. Lany specializes in boxing. You can catch her coaching group fitness boxing classes at BoxUnion and on BoxUnion Digital. See here for upcoming classes.
Lany has worked and continues to work with international high level boxing coaches and has competed in an amateur boxing competition. Lany wishes to share her experience, knowledge and passion for the sport, to boxers of all levels, through 1:1 sessions and group fitness training.
Aside from coaching boxing, Lany is also a personal trainer and health coach. Lany’s education background is Exercise Science and Holistic Health.
Lany coaches her private training clients through a holistic fitness approach encompassing the principles of movement science, nutrition and recovery practices, (Train.Fuel.Nurture) to optimize real life long results. Lany believes that the key to reaching & MAINTAINING your health and fitness goals is through gradual healthy lifestyle changes and consistency! Being healthy and fit is a lifestyle not an end goal.
Lany is a unique and versatile trainer, who has cultivated her expertise in the Health and Fitness industry throughout North America and Australia over the past 8 years and continues to work with international mentors and clients, forging training methods that are diverse, adaptive and results-driven.
