High impact class combines technical boxing rounds with bootcamp style moves for a serious full-body burn that will torch calories and stress at the same time! Don't be intimidated - all levels are welcomed

This class uses the traditional interval training system (20 seconds of work - 10 seconds of rest) to create an incredible full body workout that will keep you guessing, on your toes and drenched by the end. Never expect the same routine twice, this one will always be fresh, fun and go by hella fast.

*BE ADVISED - CLASSES IN THE HOT ROOM CAN REACH TEMPS OF 35 DEGREES CELCIUS (similar to a regular Moksha class) - make sure to hydrate, take breaks when you need it and consult with a medical professional if you're not sure if this is the right workout for you.

Don't be intimidated by this technical style boxing class - no experience is required. Expect technical shadow boxing, bag work, some hand pad work, lots of body weight exercises and tons of sweat.

**HANDWRAPS REQUIRED**
Bring a pair if you have, otherwise we sell them here. Glove rental is on us!

 

 

RISE & GRIND

Rise and Grind is exactly as it sounds! Wake up and get your body moving... All levels are welcome for these 45 min classes and expect something new every time. From intervals to weights, slam balls, battle ropes, partner work TRX, BOSU, bands and even boxing from time to time. I promise you a good time and a GREAT sweat.
