Movement is key to living in alignment. Whenever I am feeling out of balance, movement always sets me back on track mentally and physically. That’s why consistency is so important - it is essential to MOVE everyday! It does not mean you have to go 100 all the time, it could just be moving through stretches, dancing in your living room, or walking a longer route to work.
For me variety and having FUN is important, so I am excited to do it again. This prevents it from feeling like work or a chore. I box, dance and try new physical activities that challenge me to move my body in different ways!
I have tried many movement modalities such as Flow, Bouldering, Aerial Yoga, Tricking, Parkour and the list goes on… Try something out of the ordinary and challenge your mind, not just your body. This will enhance your mind-body connection. You may love it or you may hate it but you will never know unless you give it a go. You may find a new passion, hobby or community by doing so. LIVE. MOVE. Get out of your comfort zone and auto pilot, excite your soul and enhance your vibration on this earth and inspire others to do so too.
Just do it, everyday, overall health and wellness transforms from moving. What will you do today?
